1. Use of the service

These terms apply to the BluffUp game and the playbluffup.com website. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to harass, threaten or abuse other people.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app.
• Do not use the service where local law prohibits it.

3. Purchases

Any premium upgrade is sold and processed through Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. No pricing is confirmed while BluffUp is pre-launch.

4. Intellectual property

The BluffUp name, branding, artwork, written content and game design belong to BluffUp. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for entertainment.

5. User-created custom decks

You keep ownership of content you write in your own decks. Custom decks are stored on your device and are not published or distributed by BluffUp. You are responsible for the content you create and share with your group.

6. Availability

Features, modes and category packs may change, be added or be removed. The service is provided on an as-available basis.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluffUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date.

10. Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed.
